5. Sharing Your Data

We share your personal data with independent EV installation professionals ("Installers") operating in County Kerry for the sole purpose of fulfilling your enquiry. These Installers receive your name, phone number, email address, property address, and installation type.

By submitting an enquiry, you consent to this sharing.

We may also share your data with:

  • Our email service provider (Resend) for the purpose of sending confirmation and notification emails
  • Our database provider (Supabase) for secure storage of enquiry data
  • Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) who process anonymised usage data on our behalf

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. We do not share your data with any party outside the European Economic Area (EEA) without ensuring adequate protections are in place.

All third-party service providers we use are contractually obligated to handle your data in compliance with GDPR.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Enquiry data (name, email, phone, address) is retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is securely deleted.
  • Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months.
  • Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be used to identify you.
